Unfortunately, shipping internationally from Australia is rather expensive — the $20 charge covers exactly what it costs to ship packages internationally. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for local taxes once an order is placed. Some regions (eg some European companies) will charge recipients local taxes upon pickup - if you want a refund because you don’t want to pay local taxes we can only do so (minus shipping) once we receive the goodies back undamaged.

AUS - Most Australian orders will be sent as a letter and will not have a tracking number. If you order something larger that needs to be in a box your tracking number will be emailed to you.
International - Your tracking number will be emailed to you. All international orders receive a tracking number.

All domestic orders include a tracking number — domestic orders should arrive 3-5 days after receiving your shipping notification.

International orders will take a longer to arrive, as it includes a tracking number and has to travel through customs. Please allow 4-8 weeks for your order to arrive. The time it can take to travel through customs can vary greatly and is, unfortunately, out of my control. :(
